Genoveffa Giambona

Deputy director, Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation, UK

Genoveffa Giambona is the deputy director of the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation. After obtaining a degree in English literature and language cum laude, Giambona went on to study for a Master’s degree in English history, literature, and culture at the University of Southampton. Besides reputation, she is interested in meta-evaluation and in researching how learning mechanisms work in different contexts and cultures. Her research interests are also in the area of leadership development, management studies and learning, virtual teams, and trust. Jeni also has an interest in the application of realist synthesis, narrative analysis, and discourse analysis.
