John DaltonJohn Dalton

John Dalton is director of the London School of Public Relations. He is an established author on reputation management and advises governments and multinational corporations on reputation and allied fields. In addition to teaching and lecturing, John also is an active consultant in the areas of corporate message development, brand reevaluation, and how to conduct reputation audits. He is a member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), with a keen knowledge of international relations, and is also a professional biologist, with an interest in biological and radiological terrorism and its risk and crisis implications for governments and organizations. He is currently setting up the London Centre for Issue and Crisis Management, which will specialize in crisis leadership skills.
