Magnus CarterMagnus Carter

Magnus Carter is chairman of Mentor Communications Consultancy, which he founded in 1998. He lectures and coaches in media handling, reputation management, and issue and crisis management. His clients include NHS Blood and Transplant, the Office for National Statistics, Rolls-Royce, KPMG, and the Universities of Bedfordshire, Bristol, Sheffield, Southampton, and the West of England. He is an associate consultant of the Bristol Business School, a visiting lecturer at Ashridge Business School, and an approved trainer for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Carter began his career as a newspaper reporter and later gained more than 20 years’ experience in radio and TV news, working with the BBC and commercial companies.
