Michael Brown is professor of corporate reputation and strategy at Birmingham City Business School and head of its center for corporate reputation and strategy. He has led the research for Britain’s Most Admired Companies survey of corporate reputation, and he has published in several management journals and coauthored, with Paul Turner, the book The Admirable Company. He has also provided consultancy services for many of the United Kingdom’s blue-chip companies.
