Montague Lord is a leading economist in trade, macroeconomics, international finance, and private sector development. Following his work as a principal research economist at the Inter-American Development Bank, he founded Montague Lord International LLC and is currently undertaking research and consulting assignments throughout the world. He has directed projects for business organizations, universities, governments and international development partners such as the World Bank, IMF, OECD, ADB, IDB, USAID, JICA, and WTO. Articles by Lord have been published in numerous academic journals, and he has written books on international trade and applied macroeconomics. He divides his time between his offices in the United States, Spain, and Thailand.
