Muhamad Kholid is AVP product development at PermataBank Syariah, a leading Indonesian Islamic banking arm of PT Permata Bank Tbk and Standard Chartered Saadiq. Having graduated from the University of Indonesia, majoring in industrial engineering, he continued his postgraduate study program at the International Islamic University Malaysia with a MBA specializing in Islamic banking and finance. He also holds the professional qualification of Chartered Islamic Finance Professional (CIFP) from INCEIF Malaysia. His past works, mainly on waqf, capital markets, and risk management, have been presented at international conferences on Islamic finance. His work on waqf development and sukuk has been published in the Awqaf Journal.
