Patricia Gabaldón is associate professor of economic environment and researcher at the Centre for Diversity in Management, IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. She has more than 12 years of diverse experience in research and project development in the social sciences from an economic point of view. Professor Gabaldón holds a PhD in economics from the University of Alcalá and an MSc in leisure management from the University of Deusto (both in Spain). She collaborates with multilateral and multinational institutions, and she has published research in specialized journals and articles in the press.
