Patrick Buchmann is managing director of the inhouse management consultancy at ThyssenKrupp Group. From 2001 to 2010, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group. His work covers a broad spectrum, from business strategies to benchmarking performance and process optimization. Patrick is an expert in net working capital optimization. Over the past few years, he has led a number of international optimization projects with a focus on production and planning processes as well as client and supplier management. Patrick holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering with a focus on production technology and logistics from the Technical University of Berlin and studied business administration at Cass Business School in London.
