Peter WaltonPeter Walton

Peter Walton is a professor of accounting at ESSEC Business School, Paris. He is IFRS director at the ESSEC–KPMG financial reporting chair. After working for British and French multinational companies, he became a journalist and researcher. He is a chartered certified accountant and has a PhD from the London School of Economics. His consultancy firm provides reports on the evolution of international financial reporting standards for audit firms, standard-setters and companies.
