Ray Halagera is founder/partner of the Profit Ability Group, Inc., a consulting and training company specializing in finance and strategy. Over the past 20 years he has held leadership positions in other global training companies serving Fortune 500 clients. Before his career in the learning industry, Halagera was vice president of planning and management information systems for Chromalloy American Corporation, a Fortune 100 conglomerate, and a senior associate at A.T. Kearney, an international broad-line management consulting firm and subsidiary of EDS.
