William K. Sjostrom, JrWilliam K. Sjostrom, Jr

William K. Sjostrom, Jr, is a professor of law at the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. He graduated magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 1996, where he was an editor of the Law Review and a Dean’s Scholar. Prior to law school, Professor Sjostrom worked as an options trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He received his undergraduate degree in finance with high honors from the University of Illinois in 1991. Before entering academia, Sjostrom worked for four years at the Minneapolis law firm of Fredrikson & Byron, where he focused on public and private securities offerings, venture capital financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
